Radiation Protection Services, Ltd. is now part of West Physics, a national company that provides radiation physics consulting services for medical facilities and industries that utilize x-ray producing equipment or radioactive materials.
Our Springfield field office provides services in the entire Illinois region, extending to eastern Missouri, southeast Iowa, and western Indiana. With our central location, we provide flexible and quick response times with personal service. Our staff are cognizant of the regulations for compliance as required by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, Missouri Radiation Control Program, Iowa Department of Public Health, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and accreditation agencies (ACR, Joint Commission, IAC) associated with medical imaging facilities. We maintain a client database to assure timely evaluations of imaging equipment and use of radioactive materials.
